Byron Nobis – VP of Operations
- Joined GCR in 2004 with responsibility for oversight of all construction operations and related administrative functions
- Managed over 40 apartment to condominium conversion projects with over 1,000 units completed
- 15 Years of prior operations management experience in the logistics industry
- BS in Industrial Technology, Minor in Business Administration, San Francisco State University, Magna Cum Laude
Peter Palmer – Senior Project Manager
- Joined GCR in 2004 with responsibility for management of all job-site operations
- Over 30 years of construction management experience
- 18 years in the fast paced / deadline critical hotel renovations industry
- Directly managed the renovations of over 55 hotels with a total of over 20,000 rooms completed
- Past projects include The Marriot Marquee / Manhattan, Renaissance Esmeralda / Palm Springs, Westin / Atlanta, Paradise Pier Hotel / Anaheim (Disneyland)
Thomas Anthony – CFO, Gold Coast Renovations Inc.
- Joined GCR in 2004 with responsibility for accounting and finance functions
- Five years industry experience with Dubina & Lee (Certified Public Accountant)
- BA and MA in Accounting/Finance
- Licensed CPA in California
